DOCUMENTATION
Every shipment comes documentation, Think Expo Logistics can help you produce yours to your paperwork to avoid timely customs delays and potential fines. From checking your invoices pre shipping, to producing Combined packing list and commercial invoices right through to ATA Carnets and certificates of origin. We have you covered.
With the UK leaving Europe the documentation process will get more complicated, by working with UK officials we will be one step ahead of the new process that will be in place soon.
ONSITE
We are not a “ General freight forwarder “ we go the extra mile to ensure you receive the very best levels of service from us, and often this means that we will be on site at your exhibition to oversee your freight. We will ensure your freight is delivered, safely and in perfect condition to your correct stand within the exhibition centre. We will arrange any unloading or lifting and we will send you photo of your freight, so you have peace of mind knowing its there, ready and waiting for when you arrive. We will go through with you, all the relevant paperwork and complete any site paperwork that is needed. We will provide you with return or onward shipping labels, to relabel your freight, and we will supervise the reload of your freight after the event, so you are not hanging around after having been on your feet for 3 or 4 days doing what you do best.
